Rules
Recruiting
- All members MUST be recruited by ES Recruiters only.
- All Recruits must have 20 hours of playing time in the server and on TS with a working mic.
- Also note that there is a 2 week minimum regardless of how many hours the Recruit has.
- There is also a 4 week maximum to gain their 20 hours as a Recruit.
- All recruits must install Argus.
- All recruits must be voted on based on majority membership vote.
- All recruits must maintain a minimum 1.0 kill/death average.
- All rules that apply to ES members also apply to recruits.
- If for any reason you will be away from the game for any extended length of time you will be removed from ES as a Recruit. You will have the option of rejoining as a Recruit without the 3 month waiting period. It is the Recruit's responsibility to inform the Recruiters by posting in the forums on the website.
Server
- Everyone must show the up-most respect to all while playing in the server.
- No foul language.
- No whining.
- All typing must be done in English.
- Nobody will glitch/ leave the intended playing area for any reason.
- Anyone caught cheating in the ES server will be banned permanently from ES server and TS.
Scrims
- Matches / scrims are to be organized by the Match Coordinator only.
- While in a match or scrim battle tags are to include 2 capital letters only along with the left and right double arrows. (NO HEXED LETTERS)
- If a member signs up for a scrim, they are to be there 1 hour before the start, or they forfeited they're spot.
- If you sign up for a scrim you have to be there, otherwise you will be suspended from the next 3 scrims. If you are unsure if you can be there or not choose the option Yes/No.
- During scrims/matches there will be no other talking then tactics and things that are important. No whining whatsoever.
Teamspeak
- No open mic's allowed in TS.
- TS channels are to be created and deleted by CM'S or Leaders ONLY.
- Visitors to our Teamspeak are expected to behave well and abide by our rules.
- You shall not come into channels where you are not allowed.
- Council Member and Private Meetings room are for Council and Leaders ONLY, no other members allowed unless moved by leader or council member.
Members
- While playing in the server, all ES must be on TS with a working mic.
- Members will not engage in arguments or conversations not related to the game by typing text messages in the server.
- On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays ES will play on the same team. As you enter TS ask what team to come in on and for an Admin to take off Server Chooses so they may join that team.
- All Members must wear ES tags in front of their name while playing in the ES server. There will be no deviation from the characters used in the tags. If anyone is found to not be wearing the ES tags, then that Member will be banned from the server for 24 hours.
- While you are in ES you are not allowed to be in any other squads in any games. This is double squading and you will be kicked from our squad.
- Members who refuse to abide by this will be kicked from the server.
- On the scheduled days ES is not required to play together, those members playing against ES will move to a different channel than the majority is in.
- Unless there is a difference of 8 or more, on scheduled days, all ES must play together
- If a member does not follow these rules, they will be kicked from the server for 24 hrs.
- If it happens a second time the member will receive a 1 week ban- third time the member will be kicked from the squad.
- All ES members must play a reasonable amount of time in the server monthly to maintain active status.
- If a member is going to be away for any length of time, it is they're responsibility to inform a CM / Leader, or post in the forums.
- If a member is kicked from the squad, they will receive a mandatory 30 day ban from the server and TS.
- To re-apply at ES that person must wait a minimum 3 months before being reconsidered as a recruit.
- If a member quits on bad terms, a 30 day ban applies, and a 3 month waiting period also applies.
- Any ES member caught cheating in the ES server or any other server will be banned permanently from ES server and TS.
- If a member has an issue with another member, it is they're responsibility to bring it to the attention of one of the leaders, and they will address it.
- CM'S and Leaders have been appointed for a reason, if directed by any one of them, members are to abide by their instructions.
Any discrepancies / exemptions to any of these rules will be reviewed on an individual basis by the CM'S / Leaders.
